they have a good reputation for the work they do, and are affordable (i am told) BUT none of their phone numbers are working over the holiday break! at least ONE number should be connected, AND have their reopening hours recorded on it so we know when we can book a service. OR get a website, which can easily be updated! Sadly, communication to customers is last on the list of many businesses now...who cares, just close the door and go away, no one needs a loyal customer base anymore (or so it seems). Communication should be near the top of the list for any professional outfit, come on guys you can do a lot better than this. Even a website that could be updated for the major holiday dates of the year isn't that expensive or hard to do. otherwise customers simply go elsewhere.
