I received an initial quote from Lloyd. He promised to spend on removal the tile 1-2 days instead of 4 days- what was in the quote. Actually he spent 2 days and charged for 3 days and I paid for the renderer by myself. He does not tell about actual cost during renovation if there is variation and for additional work. At the end he just sent an amount 3,5 thousand on the top of what should I pay. Few days later he came to my place bang the door and screamed that I need to pay him. I called police and reported about him. After this he decided that he needs to update the quote but he put his own cost and price and I knew nothing about it. I added the extra cost for an additional work but he still demands that I should pay more for his work. Horrible, horrible person - greedy, liar, and stealing money from people. He tells a client that everything is good but at the end just charges as much as he wants. And he always bragging that "he is fair". Never use him again if you want an honest work and do not want to call police.
